 Ingredients

  • 2 kiwi fruit
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 250 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 3 ice cubes

Optional

  • 1 teaspoon flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1 handful baby spinach

How to make kiwi and strawberry fruit smoothies

Add the ice to the blender (you can blend this separately if you like) and then add the other ingredients, including any of the optional items you like. You can eat the skin from the kiwi fruit; it’s magnificent. Blend for around 45 to 60 seconds until smooth, pour, and serve.
