Radish Green Smoothie

Many people overlook or throw away radish greens/leaves, but radish greens are the most nutritious part of the radish and are full of more antioxidants. Although healthy, radish greens may have a bitter taste, the smoothie’s fruits can hide the flavor.

Ingredients:

2 cups Filtered Water ————————————-> 0 calories

8 Medium Strawberries (preferably frozen) ——> 32 calories

2 cups Radish Greens ————————————> 18 calories

1 Large Fuji Apple —————————————–> 109 calories

1 tbsp. Goji Berries —————————————> 18 calories

1 tsp. Maca Powder ————————————> 20 calories

Ice Cubes (optional) ————————————–> 0 calories

Stevia, to taste (optional) ——————————-> 0 calories

Steps:

Pour filtered water into a blender. Add strawberries, radish green, apple, goji berries, and maca powder. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes and stevia to taste (optional). Again blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
