Ingredients

  • 75 g strawberries
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 large banana
  • 250 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 3 ice cubes

Optional

  • 1 teaspoon flax seed
  • 1 scoop unflavoured whey protein isolate

How to make a strawberry and mango fruit smoothie

Peel the mango and remove the stone from the middle. Halve and add to the blender with the ice. Add the banana, yogurt, peanut butter, and milk before blending for 45 – 60 seconds until all the lumps are gone. Pour into glasses and serve.
